The process of chartering could not be simpler.

Your inquiry - Call your account manager with your private charter requirements.
Our quote - You will be sent a quotation outlining usually 3 or so aircraft that could fulfill your requrements. Your account manager will discuss these options with you and help you choose the right aircraft for you.
Booking! - Once you have decided on your perfect aircraft you will be sent a simple confirmation form which you sign and return.
Your Charter brief - Your account manager will put together a brief outlining your itinerary and everything else you need to know for your trip from directions to the terminal to the details of the crew.
Takeoff! - With your personal account manager following every movement of the aircraft to make sure everything goes smoothly, you can sit back and enjoy your trip.
Post flight report - A report of the charter will be sent outlining the actual departure and arrival times and every other aspect of the charter. Your thoughts are important to us and this process gives you the opportunity to do so which will ensure that out high standards are always mantained and improved.
