Clarissa Municipal Airport is a public use facility located two miles southeast of Clarissa, Todd County, Minnesota. It was activated in June 1956. It is publicly owned by the City of Clarissa.

Covering approximately 32 acres of land, it has one turf runway and the only service offered here is parking (tiedowns) for transient aircraft. This runway is not ploughed during winter months. Clarissa is a small town of one square mile, and was platted in 1877. It was named for the wife of the founder, Clarissa Bischoffsheim.
