Hazen Municipal Airport is located three miles southwest of Hazen’s central business district, in Prairie County, in the state of Arkansas. It is a public use airport, publicly owned by the city of Hazen. The airport was opened in April 1944 and has no control tower. It covers an area of 480 acres (194 hectare) and features one asphalt runway, which is in poor condition.
