Lake Hood Strip is a general aviation airstrip which is state-owned adjacent to the Lake Hood Seaplane Base. It is a public-use airport located 3 miles southwest of downtown Anchorage. The seaplane base and airstrip are located at Lake Hood, which lies east of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

Lake Hood Strip is made up of one gravel runway, (Z41) but it has now been decommissioned and combined with LHD as another landing surface.
