Private Jet Charter to Lowcountry Regional Airport
The Lowcountry Regional Airport is publicly owned by the City of Walterboro & Colleton County and serves Walterboro, South Carolina. The airport was activated in June 1933 and was known as the C.C. Anderson Landing Field. In 1942 the United States Army Air Forces indicated a need for the airfield as a training airfield and so control was turned over to the USAAF. The base closed on October 31, 1945 and returned to its origins as a local airfield.
