The Mattituck Airport is a public access airport owned by J Parker Wickham of Mattituck in Suffolk County, New York. The airport is tiny, covering only 18 acres of land and is at an elevation of 30 feet above mean sea level. Despite it's small size, the airport deals with a fair amount of traffic. For the operational year ending in September 2007, the airport handled an average of 33 aviation operations a month. Most of the airports traffic is for general aviation, but a small amount is from air taxi services.
