The Middle Bass East Point Airport is situated in Middle Bass Island in Ohio and is located one mile north east of the settlement. It is a public access airport which is privately owned by East Point Associates Inc. and was activated in May 1948. This airport does not have a control tower but does offer tie down parking facilities. For the operational year ending on 11 July 2013 the airport had an average of 25 aviation operations a week.
