Seward Airport is a state-owned, public-use airport located two nautical miles northeast of the central business district of Seward, a city in Kenai Peninsula Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska. It was constructed during World War II and called Walseth Air Force Base at that time. It covers 302 acres and has two asphalt runways in service, both of which are listed as being in good condition. It carries out an average of 29 flights per day, most of which are air taxi services, and bases around 26 aircraft. It offers several services such as refueling and hangar storage.
