Private Jet Charter to Venetie Airport

The Venetie Airport is privately owned by the Venetie Tribal Government in Alaska. The primary use of the airport is for air taxi services. According to the FAA's records for the one yera period which ended in January 2006 the airport was handling an average of 36 aviation operations per week, of which approximately 28 were for air taxi charters. The remaining was for general aviation purposes. The airport was first activated in August 1959 and is located one mile east of the town of Venetie.
