The Wessington Springs Airport is publicly owned by the city of Wessington Springs in Jerauld, South Dakota. It is a public access facility which is located 2 miles east of Wessinton Springs and was first activated in October 2003. The airport has refuelling on offer, as well as tie down parking and hangers. The airport deals with a low volume of traffic; for the 12 month period ending in May 2015 the airport had handled a total of 150 aviation operations for the year.
