Yellowstone Airport is a state-owned public-use airport located one nautical mile north of the central business district of West Yellowstone, a town in Gallatin County, Montana. Although only open from June through September, commercial passenger service is available during those months. Scheduled airline service is subsidized by the Essential Air Service program. The facility covers 735 acres and has a single asphalt runway available and carries out around 30 flights per day.
