Despite the large size of the state of Wyoming, it is the least populated in the United States of America. This is largely due to the fact that two thirds of the state is covered in magnificent mountain ranges, forming part of the eastern Rocky Mountains. Wyoming is surrounding by Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah and Idaho. The largest city in Wyoming is Cheyenne, which is also the capital. One of the most scenic parts of the USA, Wyoming is the point where the Great Plains link up with the Rocky Mountains.
