A last-minute charter with too much baggage
It seemed like a straightforward commercial jet charter when an entertainment company’s marketing agency asked us to help fly 60 passengers from New York to a launch party in Florida. But just hours before takeoff, the agent of one celebrity guest called asking if she could travel separately and depart later in the day. With no time to waste, our teams came together to pull off a complex solution at short notice.

Our commercial jets department reached out to the private jet team, who took just 45 minutes to confirm a same-day aircraft charter for the celebrity and her entourage. We also accommodated the last-minute addition of three extra passengers.
The group arrived at the airport with too much luggage to fit on the aircraft, resulting in seven bags left behind. Local delivery services couldn’t deliver them to Miami until after the event, so our time-critical team quickly arranged an onboard courier to get them there later that day.
