Arranging a birthday trip to London
In February 2023, a travel agent asked us to help arrange a round-trip flight from Toronto to London for a birthday celebration. The client’s aircraft preferences and travel arrangements frequently changed, so we needed to maintain total flexibility in order to confirm the charter.

Aircraft: Boeing BBJ
As it was the client’s first charter with us, we provided a wide range of options for them to choose from. They were happy to spend more on a newer, larger aircraft and eventually selected a Boeing BBJ.
We stayed in constant contact with the travel agent, accommodating several changes to the departure date and passenger numbers before the charter was confirmed.
