Arranging a last-minute Caribbean charter

We were asked to arrange a charter for a client’s family holiday in the Caribbean when their commercial flight was cancelled with just 48 hours’ notice. With hotel rooms and on-the-ground activities already booked for the group of 50 passengers, the client was keen to avoid having to reschedule, so we sprung into action to find an alternative solution at the last minute.

Our Solution

Route: United States > Caribbean > United States

Aircraft: Boeing 737-400 VIP

We quickly found a Boeing 737-400 VIP aircraft, which had business class seats and could complete the flight non-stop without the need to limit the group’s luggage allowance or stop for fuel. The aircraft was configured with seats facing each other, allowing parents to sit with their children and keep them entertained during the flight.

Air Charter Service’s dedicated Charter Concepts team worked quickly to provide a detailed brief at short notice, while our operations department tracked the positioning flight and ensured there were no delays. Everything ran smoothly and the client was impressed with our attention to detail throughout.
