The open-air Jade Mountain Club serves fine-dining fusion cuisine prepared by an award-winning chef. Wrapped around a tranquil infinity pool on the resort’s top floor with spectacular mountain views, the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features live entertainment on selected evenings. After nightfall, the Celestial Terrace is a great spot for a nightcap and stargazing accompanied by live saxophone music. Guests can also dine at any of Anse Chastanet’s restaurants, which include Caribbean, Indian and vegetarian options.
The resort’s boutique spa, Kai en Ciel, offers a range of indulgent treatments, including Ayurvedic and holistic rituals. Anse Chastanet’s beachfront Kai Belté spa and Kai Mer spa cottage are also available to Jade Mountain guests. Active types can enjoy complimentary yoga classes, work-out in the fitness studio, join daily escorted hikes through the 600-acre estate and play tennis on the on-site court. There are also two pristine white-sand beaches where guests can go snorkelling and scuba diving, try a range of watersports and take a cruise on the resident yacht or catamaran.
The all-suite resort offers 29 open-walled sanctuary suites featuring an open-plan design with missing fourth wall; five with a Jacuzzi and 24 with a private infinity pool. There is also one enclosed Jacuzzi suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and air-conditioning. Each suite has a king-size bed, round-the-clock butler service and unrivalled views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. In keeping with the tranquil ambience of the resort, there are no in-room televisions, radios or telephones.
