The East 34th Street Heliport, also known as at the Atlantic Metroport at East 34th Street, is located on the east side of Manhattan on the East River Greenway. Originally opening on the site of the East 34th Street Ferry Landing in 1972, the heliport has closed a couple of times and now has restricted operational times. Due to the residential surrounds, the heliport is only open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.
