Private Jet Charter to Lafayette Regional Airport
Lafayette Regional Airport is a public airport that is independently owned and operated by the Lafayette Airport Commission. The airport was orientally opened as Lafayette Municipal Airport in 1930. In 1942, during the second World War, the airport was commandeered by the United States Army Air Forces and used as a contract primary pilot training airfield. On 30 September 1945, the airfield was deactivated from military use and returned to civil control. In the 12 month period ending in February 2006, the airport had an average of 313 aircraft operations daily.
