We knew we could outshine the competition when sourcing the ideal aircraft to fly passengers and their pet dogs on a business trip in Canada.

Flying passengers and pets on a business trip

A Canadian waste management company asked us to help relocate a team member with his family and pet dogs from Toronto for a two-month placement at their Calgary site before returning home. The client had already received quotes for light jets from other charter providers, but we were confident we could find a better solution for their needs.

Our Solution

Route: Toronto > Calgary

Aircraft: Bombardier Challenger 300

We knew space would be limited if the family and their pets travelled together in the cabin of a light jet, as well as the inconvenience of having to stop and refuel en route.

Instead, we recommended chartering a super-midsize jet, which could comfortably accommodate everyone and complete the flight non-stop.

We reached out to a pet-friendly airline and sourced a Challenger 300 with a spacious cabin and plenty of space in the hold for the family’s ski gear.

Impressed with our knowledge and expertise, the client proceeded with our quote and even asked us to book a multi-leg charter carrying out site visits in Alberta during the family’s stay.

The Finer Details

24/7 Communication: We worked around the clock to source quotes quickly, keeping the client updated throughout and remaining transparent with costs and availability.

Flight Representation: Our broker was at the airport to greet the company’s CEO and personally ensure everything ran smoothly boarding the flight.

Ground Support: As well as arranging the aircraft charter, we set up hire cars for the group in Calgary, making the whole process as convenient as possible for the client.
